Response: Hi Team, I was looking at Atlas on one of the PD days and noticed that when we have two or more teachers teaching the same thing, and also a collaborative document, a particular benchmark then shows up as having been assessed three or four times when in fact it was only assessed once. We need to keep that in mind when we look at the documents. I was using Resource 1 (subject a and grade level PDF's) along with Altas when noticing this discrepancy

Response: Regarding the Assessment Variety Resource - It is interesting that the greatest documented % of assessment variety in each subject is "Other!" Even with 18 different variety types documented in the English/Language Arts, "other" still accounts for the majority! What are all those "other" assessments and why do they not fit into any of the already-designated types? I could understand if it was the smallest variety type, but the largest?!!

Response: As Alfred and I discussed in a sit-down, the "Other" category is a cluster of assessment types that are used less than 2% of the time. The Atlas reports really are best live with opportunities
